For all of us at Project Youth OCBF it is a privilege to honor Jane Mills Martin for her dedication and legacy with us. Jane was the driving force for making Project Youth OCBF what it is today. Under her guidance we grew from a small nonprofit to a thriving nonprofit providing thousands of families with education, health, and diversion programs that change lives. Jane grew us from a philanthropic arm of the OCBA to a standalone $2 million-a-year 501(c)(3) operating nonprofit. She implemented fundraisers that are still in place today, raising much needed funds annually to sustain our growth.
Jane was a visionary who could not only envision new and exciting things but could put them in place for real, lasting impact. We are forever grateful we had Jane to make us what we are today.
